Missing: Upload Profile Photo Option

Before the UM plugin update, there was an option where users can upload their profile photos. I just realized that it’s not there anymore. I went through the option and made sure the “Disable Profile Photo” option in under “Appearance” is disabled.

1) Has any settings changed that I need to enable?
2) Is there any thing else I can do to enable this?

The documentation in UM’ site says to “Reset the uploads tab on UM settings.”. Not sure how to do this.

Any assistance in this regard is highly appreciated.
