Hi @resettt, thanks for reaching out! Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Security > Settings > Advanced > WordPress Tweaks and confirm if the Disable File Editor option is enabled. If so, please uncheck it, save the settings, and check if the theme editor is showing in your Appearance tab.

Thanks for the reply. I realized why I could not find this setting (I knew about it in the early version of the interface). The item “Advanced >” is translated into Russian as “Mixed” 🙂 . I think it should be “Расширенные” or”Дополнительные”

Since the plugin translations are created by the community you can also contribute to the Russian translation of the iTSec plugin.
I noticed “… in the Advanced section.” is currently translated (twice) as:
… в разделе Дополнительно.
But (according to Google translate) “Дополнительно” seems to be the translation for “Additionally”. Anyway filter for “Advanced” and tick the Case-sensitive search checkbox. That way you can have a look at all the translation strings that include the word “Advanced”. Then, for consistency, submit your translation for all translation strings that include the word “Advanced”.
