Would you mind clarifying what exact menu items you’re referring to? Could you show us in a screenshot what menu items are missing?

For Auto Open, check out our Triggers Doc, as that will explain in detail the process for using triggers.
Simply clicking “Add New Trigger” in the Popup Editor will get you there.
For the debug mode, simply use the Preview Button from the Popup Editor.
