Missing Links

Since changing to Version 2 of the product, I am missing the links that were formerly attached to my images. Previously every image had a link that made it clickable and would open a blown up version of the image in a new window. These links have all disappeared. Clicking on the image does nothing. Where have my links gone and how do I get them back? I’m talking about thousands of images.
