    Hello, I deleted my Facebook Catalog and deactivated, and uninstalled Facebook for WooCommerce. I’m now trying to recreate a new catalog and installed and activated the Facebook for WooCommerce, but the Connection Tab is missing from the app, and unable to connect to the new catalog.

    I have also removed from Facebook.

    Can you try the following:

    • Temporarily disable all caching plugins and ad blockers, and clear the cache
    • Delete the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin
    • Remove the Facebook for WooCommerce integration from your Business Tools
    • Reinstall and reconnect the plugin

    If the issue persists, please share your System Status report and any plugin-related errors from your debug.log using PasteBin.

    If so, please disable all caching plugins and ad blockers temporarily, and clear the cache. Then, delete the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin and remove the Facebook for WooCommerce integration from your Business Tools. Finally, reinstall and reconnect the plugin.
