Missing API Number

OK…I give up!! I have looked through all of my documentation and cannot find my API number. It also does not show up on my dashboard. I’m trying to add in the spam blocker to block favoritebeauty from sending me 100+ “comments” per day. I cannot find anywhere in the support section to have an API assigned to me. What do I do now? This is ridiculous.
