Missing admin menu items

    We have capabilites on 2 sites but on one of them, our custom role is not showing avada in the admin menu backend. We don’t have the pro version so it is not because of s etting like that, its just hiding avada for non admin users for some reason, on our other site this is not the case, it works fine. Any troubleshooting ideas we can try?

    Thanks for using PublishPress Capabilities.

    Since Avada is commercial product, there is no easy way for us to replicate it. Also it’s prohibited to give support over commercial product on this forum: https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products

    As for the basic troubleshooting is by copy the administrator role, and start revoke the capabilities one by one until you find which capabilities are causing the Avada menu disappear.

    I made an exact copy of the administrator role and face the same issue, what should I do now? the avada menu item is hidden for all users except Administrator(even with users with all the same permissions)
