minimum php and mysql versions?

https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/#faq indicates php 5.2.4 is required (5.6 recommended), 5.0 mysql required (5.6 recommended), yet https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/ indicates php 5.6 and mysql 5.6 are required.

I’m on godaddy linux web hosting, and there’s no chance for any updates on this old platform, and the releases there are php 5.2.4 and mysql 5.0.77.

Yes, I know that I should move to a more, er, helpful hosting service, and have considered this, but it’s a huge PITA.

Will woocommerce work on the current environment?
