migrate domain and windows server, not working

Hello, my problem is this:

i had a wordpress site working fun with contact form on Linux. Then I change the domain and migrate the site to a windows server. Now the contact form doesn´t work.

I have installed smtp plugins but neither work.

I change the domanin on the plugin configuration. I missing something else?
