    Hello,

    This plug-in is appearing blank for me after the initial install, regardless of whether my cache is cleared. I am at the latest PHP version and have no ad-block. Any help would be appreciated!

    Can you share the following:

    • The version number of PHP
    • The version number of your WordPress installation
    • The version number the plugin

    Also, can you enable and share your site’s debug.log?

    PHP version is 8.2.27 (Supports 64bit values)

    WordPress version is 6.7.2

    Plug-in version is Version 4.1.1

    My debug file is empty

    Hi @notthisagain ,

    Can you try disabling the cache plugin(s) as well, before trying to reconnect to your page? 

    If that does not work – please share your Apache and/or PHP log.

    I have disabled the cach plug-in momentarily and the issue still persisted. My debug file now only has:

    Hey there! No related errors are being shown there, unfortunately.

    Can you check out this guide for enabling error logging on WP: https://wordpress.com/go/tutorials/set-up-wordpress-error-logs/? That should help to populate the debug log with the relevant entries.

    Hello Marko, hope all is well,

    I enabled debugging a few weeks back when I first encountered the issue and the logs I sent were after a week of enabling/disabling the plugin to make it work. If there were any logs to be made they would be on the file I sent.

    If the logs, with all those flags, do not show the error, someone will need to look into your server setup. Not sure if your hosting company offers such support?

    Hello, getting a white screen like that means that there is a fatal error occurring. If you are not seeing it in the logs, the server setup for the apache/nginx/php processes might be different and the log level is not as it’s usually set.

    This needs a hands-on review either by a devops engineer or a developer. That is why I have asked you about hosting/server report.
