• Hi, the messages being sent out are showing all the html markup and code and are not actually html.

Could you help me to correct this please? the messages are all set to be html, and don’t want our members to see code.

    Many Thanks

From where you get bad emails? Contact form 7?

They are emails sent out from the website to members, from the plugin Paid Member Subscriptions, an add on called email reminders.

if I view the message in the mail log it shows as html, but the message I received in my hotmail account shows the html markup code, not the formatted message.

yes that is the plugin we use

    Thank you, much appreciated.

I didn’t find any issue, I received the email HTML formatted.

I have added a new feature that may help decrease conflicts.
you can download it from here:
    https://github.com/yehudah/Post-SMTP/archive/dev.zip

just upload with FTP, after uploaded go to settings and select phpmailer:

hi exactly which folder would I upload the file to please?

If I could get your email address I could resend the message to you from the mail log so you see what was received.

    thanks

this goes to the plugins folder.

disable post smtp, delete the folder, and then upload the zip content.
after upload just rename the folder to post-smtp and reactivate.

you don’t need to send me, it will not help detect the plugin making all the troubles.

Hi, thanks for the files, I’ve uploaded the new one, and re-activated.

I discovered yesterday that the messages marked as “sent” haven’t been arriving with members, as I did a test sign up myself yesterday, and did not receive the welcome email. I’ve just resent the message from the mail log, and received it this time, but still shows with html mark up.

    Any more ideas?

    I’m sorry for the trouble.

Any chance you can contact me here:
