In relation to the Menu, currently the open source version supports the “native” wordpress menu. That means you can drag n drop, colorize and as you point out add separators.
The horizontal menu(s) are part of the paid plugin, along with other features that are found at http://whizz.us.com/get-whizz-for-wordpress/

There are no details on the difference between the Unlimited & Ultimate packages (404 on the Unlimited)
