I am having the same issue! Can someone please advise ASAP? I deactivated all plugins, that didn’t help, and I also made sure I had the header menu selected for mobile in the theme customizer. My website is SomeVeganGirl.com.
Just a follow up that I am an amateur with coding, etc., but understand WordPress pretty well.
Hi @pillanander @hannahas I can’t reproduce this issue on a my local test site or on the live demo. The mobile menu works fine for me.
I would recommend to follow the usual troubleshooting steps :
- Use the latest software versions : make sure the theme and WordPress are up to date.
- Cache plugin : if you are using a server cache or cache plugin, please clear it’s cache content and disable caching via it’s settings.
- Browser : clear your browser’s cache / history
- Deactivate your child theme if you are using one.
- Check for plugin conflict : deactivate all of your plugins. If it fixes the issue, re-activate your plugins one by one, until you identify the plugin in conflict.
- Deactivate your child theme if you are using one
I hope it can help.
I deactivated all plugins and activated again. Now it works 🙂
I did not change anything but just deactivating and activating did worked 🙂
Thank you Nicolas.
