Menu objects disable top object?

    Hello.
    I am building a menu structure in WP 3.0 and I use pages. I would like to disable the top object for clicks so that only the sub menu items are clickable. Now the top object is only a empty page and I dont really like that. Does anyone have a solution or ide how to resolve that?
    Plugin? Coding?
