For ex. the user wants to learn French, he will be in the French group.
You can create membership levels based on a language. For example: French-membership-level. When anyone signs up to this membership level they will only see anything that is related to French.
on the members directory which displays all the users picture, under their picture, which shows the language to learn and to teach. Is it possible ?
We currently have the following addon. Although I am not sure if it is what you are looking for.

1. Can I modify LEVEL to Language to learn: PHONE to Language to teach: ? so that the users know to contact their interlocuters.
2. Can an user send a private message to anothers users ?
3. Do you have Chat feature ? I can buy your SWPM to have these features.

Currently that is not possible with our plugin. There might be a third party plugin that might be able to achieve this.

No, we don’t have any chat feature at present.
