When using the Jetpack map block, the map looks perfect in the editor but doesn’t display in preview or in a published post. It just shows a hyperlink which then opens Google Map in a separate tab.
I have the latest version of Jetpack and WordPress.

    Hi there,

Can you please give a link to your site, and preferably to the specific post or page where the map block isn’t working?

If you don’t want to share a link in the public forums, please open a support ticket at https://jetpack.com/contact-support/?rel=support and provide the info there so our team can take a look.

Hi, here are two posts with the map not working as intended:

    https://fromthepoolside.com/the-newt-in-somerset-review/
(see at the very bottom under the header “the newt in somerset location”

    and

at the very bottom as well.

    Thanks

Thanks for the links! It would be great to rule out possible plugin conflicts. Jetpack Map Block is using Mapbox so, I’d first try disabling the WP Google Maps plugins you have installed, to make sure they’re not the ones causing issues.

In general, a good first troubleshooting step is to deactivate all of your plugins (except Jetpack). If the issue disappears then reactivate one plugin at a time. Refresh your page each time you reactivate a plugin to see what causes the issue to return.
