Map to an HTTPS site?

I need one site out of many to use https. I have a cert, so that isn’t a problem, but I don’t know how I can configure it with your plugin. I changed the home_url and site_url of the networked site, but that doesn’t seem to be doing anything.
How does your plugin allow this to happen?
To be completely clear:
Network site: http://wpnetwork.com
Site #1: http://site1.wpnetwork.com -> http://site1.com
Site #2: http://site2.wpnetwork.com -> https://site2.com
