Make a widget?

Hi
I have downloaded this and I see where the short code is, which worked fine for posting a donation widget onto a page..

But if I want to make a donation widget with a heading down in my footer with my other widgets, what do I need to to? Or is this not possible?

I tried pasting the short code into the custom text widget, but it just showed up as the short code instead of the donation box.
