mailtag code unused

    Hi,

    mail receiver gets text embedded in tags like this:

    <span class=”mailtag code unused”>Value for label Straße*</span>

    I tried tag generator and I tried create tags manually, but no change:

    form:
    <label> Straße*
    [text text-250]
    </label>

    mail:
    [text-250]

    I tried hours and hours. I really don’t know what else to do. 🙁

    (all plugins up to date)

    Theme:
    enfold by kriesi.at latest version 4.0.5

    Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all other plugins.
