MailChimp List Integration

    I’ve setup a form on my wordpress site to add submissions to a mailchimp list. But, contacts are not being added.

    This is the website – 5 second delay until popup appears

    The form was working previously, but stopped today.

    The popup looks like it’s done with Chimpmail extension by Renzo Johnson – I’d start looking there for the cause of this recent problem.
