Mailchimp Integration API – not working.

I have been trying to link my Mailchimp Account to WPforms in vain.

Although other MailChimp integration plugins succeed from the same website to validate the API key and connect, WP Forms integration always prompts : “Could not authenticate with the provider.
Mailchimp API error: Could not verify an API key.”

Before i renew my license i would like to know if this issue can be fixed as it is essential for our work.
