Low cost reliable support for wordpress site???

I know I can post a question but I need more help. A friend updated my site to the latest version but doesn’t have the time to help me when I need it. Releasing a new album soon and have to get it updated.
Its a page for my band and music. I can use the dashboard but need help here and there.

I know this forum is about free support, which I’m all for, but I’ve tried updating my site before and messed it up.

I need someone I could call, or they can show my on Skype or answer an email. I would rather have someone I could call on the phone, but an email would be good. I can follow instructions.

I cannot afford much but I am looking for someone who is dependable and available. Most web developers on Craigslist are overqualified for what I need and charge too much for my budget.
