forgot my web is siamhomeland . com
keep clicking cart, product, menu, for about 10-15 times, and the webpage will loop in white screen
Hello,
Have you had this issue prior to installing W3 Total Cache or did it started to occur after you installed and configured W3 Total Cache?
What settings do you have enabled in Performance>General settings?
Thanks for reply:
Prior to w3, my web will go in long loop loading for 1 in 30 clicks of browsing, but it still goes to the pages eventually. But since I install w3, it happens much more, 1 in 10-15 clicks. And many times the loop loading never stop. Especially browsing in android phone.
I have mess with many settings. There are guides that say many things differently. So I tried almost all of them now. (I even tried uninstalled w3, delete everything in cache folder and remove line from htaccess, but it doesnt go back to prior state)
Now in general setting:
Page cache : On
Minify: Disable
Opcode cache: Enable (can’t change)
Database cache: disable
object cache : disable
Browser cache: enable
CDN : disable
reverse proxy : disable
Miscelaneous: (Default) Enable google page speed. Enable verify rewrite rules
Debug: disable all
Hint:
strangely, while in loop loading, if I press back or refresh browser, the website will work fast again for another 10-15 clicks of browsing. It seems like it will happen once every few moment.
Hello,
Sorry I am not seeing this. Your pages load time is pretty fast, except those excluded from cache. No have not encountered any loop and I visited all your pages and most of your products.
Hey, appreciate your test for me.
Yes, it load very fast. But I still getting loop loading once in 10-15 clicks. That is beyond my amateur blogger knowledge.
Before asking for help, I restart my com and check this 5 times today and 10 times yesterday, it persistently happen on my end.
Next 2-3 days I will try again. And come ask for next help.
Thank you so much. It is working, Marko
PS: It still loads 8-12 seconds long once a while. But its my fault; I dont have time to play with minify option. And this problem happen before w3, so it must be the woocommerce’s problem.
Hello,
Glad to know your issue is resolved!
