Logo broken image Header

Hello,

Using Ascend Theme, the logo in header is creating some problems. I am not the one working on this website so I can’t say all steps that have been made. My better half is, and doesn’t have a WordPress forum account so I ask instead.

Hope you have an idea what the issue is causing this error.

1) Logo image is broken image
2) The word “Logga” is next to the broken image

We have checked in Appearance/Customize/Logo. And in Theme options logo.

To no avail. We can’t find what is causing this.
