Login problems

Hi there. My self and subscribers are having difficulties to log into my site. There is definitely a cache problem because whenever i deactivate your plugin everything works fine and everybody can login and log out many times without having any problem. Of course the site now loads much slower. Can you please help me with this issue?

Under litespeed>>cache>>excludes>>do not cache URls, I have added this: /user-login/ . Also i added a second line under it (its another url login): /phytotherapy-seminars-2022-log-in/
Is this correct?
