Make sure you also disable “Guest Donations” right above the Registrations options.
Also, post a link to your form page so we can check if the registration is being hidden by CSS or javascript.

Hi, I found that the problem occurs when I am logged in as an administrator.
I have a new problem however, when I click on “access” and then on “cancel” all the fields present at the beginning disappear, why?
