Localization

Some time ago I created this topic:
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/litespeed-blocking-onesignal/Now I found the same problem in another website, I search for the “Localization” tab under “Page Optimization”, but there IS NO ONE !!!
i went to other websites and sure the tab is there, I have version 5.7.0.1 in all of them, what am I missing ?
