    Hi there, is the free shipping method an actual free shipping method inside the WooCommerce shipping zones area?: https://prnt.sc/jZLUv4ipfLfo

    Can you send a screenshot of your created shipping methods in the Shipping Zone?

    Hi, can you try disabling all plugins except Kikote and WooCommerce and checking your checkout again to see if the issue still exists?

    still not work, i deactivate all plugin except Kikote and WooCommerce

    Hi @stanbar1 Unfortunately I’m not able to replicate your issue on my end. Please try setting up the same plugins and setting up WooCommerce the same way on a test website created on a service like this one: https://tastewp.com/

    And see if the issue still happens and send me a screenshot if it does.
