Load Performance Issues

Tools like http://tools.pingdom.com/ and http://gtmetrix.com/ report a variety of issues with Contact Form 7. Then I realized, there’s no need for it to load on the home page, only on the contact page where the short code is. It’d be great if the plugin were improved to work that way. In the meantime, is there anything I can do on my end to only load the files (css, js, etc) on the contact page or wherever the shortcode is called?
