Live payments fail (wrong card ##)

    Hi Friends,

    The TEST payments tests passed great, yet when we switched to LIVE the plugin gives a WRONG CARD number error all the time. (leshopart.ch)

    Hope somebody can help….

    Hi there,

    Could you please turn on logging in the Stripe plugin and see what the error log says when you try a transaction?

    Hi Hannah,

    Thanx for support. The logs are turned on, its error 400. The system is complaining that I use real card numbers while I’m in test mode. But all this happens when we use LIVE mode. Looks like Stripe doesn’t “see” or detects that we are using LIVE mode….

    You should be able to fill in a set of API keys for both live and test mode. Can you please verify that you have filled the right keys into the right section?

    Dear Hannah,

    I sure did, besides, I have tested all three plugins – Full Stripe for Woocommerce, Woocommerce Stripe Addon and Woocommerce Stripe Gateway. Only the last one works but only in test mode.

    Wordpress and woocommerce are of the latest versions and tested on older versions as well….

    Dear Avasta,

    This issue usually happens when there are many Stripe plugins activated in WordPress.

    Please deactivate all plugins but one and test again.

    Hi All,

    In fact stillm the same error “Array”

    Lets’s put the question this way: which plugin “Stripe” I should really use?! I mean there are three different ones for Woocommerce.
