Live chat not showing properly

I hope this email finds you well. I recently purchased the support board through Appsumo, and I’m experiencing some issues with the live chat option on my website. It doesn’t seem to be showing up consistently. Could you please provide me with detailed instructions on how to set it up correctly? I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.

Here is a point that may help you: Show DOM Elementor, but it’s hidden by display none.
