Live Chat Button Not working

    Hi,, we are struggling with this plugin to implement Live chat whatsapp button on our site. we have successfully set everything but the button still not showing. You also can check that we have set up everything correctly.

    Please read the “Add WhatsApp Chat Support to Specific Pages” section of this article, and make sure that you have selected “all pages”. You can add it to specific pages too.

    Hi, thanks for your reply. and for your information we have setup the button ass instructed and in correct proper way like show to all devices, to all pages… but still the button is not visible.

    Hi @asif123md

    You can try the same chat button on our demo website to make sure it is working fine.

    If it worked fine on the demo website, but doesn’t work on your website maybe here is an issue on your site that causes it. It can be a conflict with another plugin or with your theme.

    To find the conflict, you can deactivate other plugins and try again, if this time it worked fine activate the plugins one by one to find the plugin that causes this issue.

    Also, you can try with another theme.
