Link without wordpress folder

    Hi, I hope this message find you well.
    My WordPress domain is like domain.ext and this loads my WordPress site but the real WordPress path is domain.ext/wordpressfolder and when I generate a short link with your extension is not used my domain for the short link but the WordPress domain. I don’t like this.

    Example I want create a short link: domain.ext/short but your plugin create domain.ext/wordpressfolder/short. My WordPress wbsite front end loads without the folder in the URL.

    I need try to find an alternative plugin or solution at the moment.

    Thanks for bringing this up.

    To get a clearer picture of how things are set up on your site, could you please share a screenshot of the following settings from your WordPress dashboard?

    You’ll find them under:
    Settings → General (/wp-admin/options-general.php)

    Specifically, we’re looking at the values for:

    • WordPress Address (URL)
    • Site Address (URL)

    A quick screenshot showing both would really help us understand what’s going on with the short link structure.

    Tahnk you for the reply. I Resolved installing another plugin so the issue I have reported is just on your plugin. Sorry I will not take screenshot or other log, I think my previous message is clear. I resolved anyway using another plugin that has not this issue.

    Hi @phoenix36, for now i stopped to use short link but with a search on the wordpress plugin store you can find alternative that work, if you are having the same issue I reported here.

    i don’t remember what plugin I tested that was not having this issue.
