License & Avada Website Builder Problem

Hi,

we recently bought a pro license from your website and installed it on our website built with Avada. The content always loads 3 times, since it injects itself into the header and footer of Avada thus not working correctly.

We tried to troubleshoot on a second website and removed the license from the first website and added it to the second but there we found out that it seems to be an issue with Avada. Unfortunately we cannot add the license to the first website again and your support and contact page blocks us with bunny.net from accessing.

The backend also seems to not work correctly. Sometimes I cannot see the pictures of the gallery to change or add to them and changes to the applied template don’t take effect like grid or masonry changes.

Please reach out to us or we will need to get a refund, if we cannot get it working correctly or activate the license on the correct website.
