    Ocean Extra doesn’t load latin-ext fonts (website in Polish), on which the Lato font is used (customer’s site, so I don’t provide the address).

    When I disable Ocean Extra, the fonts are displayed correctly…

    How can we replicate your steps to arrive at the issue on a fresh WordPress installation? Please send some screenshots or a short video from your issue(+ live URL, if possible).

    Also, please let us know which font you’re currently using.

    For troubleshooting, in the latest version of the theme and Ocean Extra plugin, please navigate to Customizer > Typography > General and set the “woff2” for the “Font Format” option: https://i.postimg.cc/SRxFLh1S/image.png.

    Note: if you have any cache plugin or server cache(CDN / Browser Cache and Cookies and …), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes. Also, remember to click on the regenerate all assets file and data in Elementor > Tools(if you have Elementor).

    I’m using the Lato font.

    It looks like changing the format to woff2 solves the problem- I changed it on the test site for now and it’s ok, I’ll try to do it on production on Monday, so thanks for the hint. I’ll let you know if it’s ok and then I’ll close the thread.
