Hello @willjoci, sorry to hear that. Can you provide some PHP/JS logs and list of plugins you have installed? Looks like there is some conflict.
I did a restore back to old version. But will install new tomorrow again and come back with more info then.
I’ve been testing some back and forth now. During the daytime I only have access to a computer with edge as a browser, when I get home I use others. It just turns out to be problems in Edge. It works in Firefox, chrome and more.
I need the plugin to work even in Edge.

I have major issue since my last update too. I got this error from the console
Uncaught SyntaxError: missing ) after argument list
wplc_node.js:27 [WPLC] Connecting to https://tcx-live-chat.appspot.com. This prevent the social login Icon from showing properly. And the initiate chat option for guest has also disappeared. The moment I disable the login, the social logins icon works fine
Hello @me2ulabs, this is the Edge issue. The new update will be out soon fixing this issue. In the meanwhile, we suggest to use a standard browser like Firefox or Chrome.

Hello @me2ulabs, the option “Enable Manual Chat Initiation” is available in General Settings -> Advanced.
This feature is available only when you use “3CX High Performance Cloud Servers” as Chat Server, for performance reasons.
