Lang attribute for specific page

Hello,
I have a question, I am not sure if this is the correct forum, but I do use Yoast, so I try it here as it seems maybe something more users want to know.

I have one specific page that is in a different language then the rest of the site.
Now I have alread used HREFLANG to indicate to search engine the alternative and the language.
But there is still a language attribute on the page that says “en” on the specific page.
I understood (if I a correct) that this language attribute is auto generated based on the language settings in wordpress.

Now is it possible (via a plugin or maybe via Yoast (would be useful) to set this lang attribute for this specific page to another language, without coding?
As now I have a conflicting issue on this page.
The lang attribute says EN but the HREFLANG says NL
