Klaviyo stopped syncing

Hi! Reaching out as I am pulling all strings now. My product data apparently stopped syncing with Klaviyo and their suppor tells me that my product catalogue is permanently moved. They did a curl request

</body></html>’Now this is not anything I´ve done so I uninstalled two plugins I have started using since moving to Klaviyo, did not help. Support tells me that before I move it back they cannot help me so I am stuck. They say that this message claims it´s moved

After googling I kind of think it´s a authentication issue but I wouldn´t know how to fix that.
