    Hi,

    Mollie is not sending webhook and meta data for Klarna Pay Later orders after payment has been authorized. Because of this (probably), these orders are stuck on Pending Payment in WooCommerce. They should be set to Processing.

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused by this isssue.

    Could you please share the logs created by Mollie when this issue occurs with us?

    You can copy the log files from here: WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “mollie-payments-for-woocommerce-[…]”

    Hi Femi,

    I’ve waited till there was a new order with this problem coming in, but until now (obviously) this has not happened yet. As soon as it happens, I’ll send you the log, so please keep this open until I’m sure it’s somehow not happening anymore or I’ve send the log.
