Could you please share the logs created by Mollie when this issue occurs with us?
You can copy the log files from here: WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “mollie-payments-for-woocommerce-[…]”

Hi Femi,
I’ve waited till there was a new order with this problem coming in, but until now (obviously) this has not happened yet. As soon as it happens, I’ll send you the log, so please keep this open until I’m sure it’s somehow not happening anymore or I’ve send the log.
