I’, a bit confused:
– on the one hand i understand this is a useful addon that affects site performance,
on the other hand the warning saying this addon will be departed soon.
Can you please advice what should we do here?
should we disable it or not?

As I see you are really confused =)
Addon Deprecated Filters should be off. It was added to make it easier for plugin users to move to new functionality. Turn it off.
Addon Additional tables is about performance and should be on.
There are more than 1 addon and you can turn them off/on separately. Most of them are very specific and not useful in common situations.

so where \ how can i find the Addon Deprecated Filters and turn it off?
The only addon i saw in the plugin addons section was the Additional tables, this is why I’m confused 🙂
Deprecated Filters addon was there for a long time but in one of the previous releases it was removed. Sorry for the notice just it can be disabled by the admin only.
so I can just ignore this message and cleared the notice or do i need to delete the “deprecated_compat” folder from the plugin main folder?
I have updated the plugin from version 2.4.1.8
to version 3.1.1.5
I just want to make sure i wont have any future issues because of this.

You can ignore the message. Just close it.
You need to check the filters. While addon was removed filter was updated to the new functionality.
If everything works ok you can ignore it.
