Hey,
We suggest using at least 1600x1600px images, See here: https://www.kadencethemes.com/best-practices-for-images-sizes-and-optimization-in-wordpress/
Can you link directly to the page where you are seeing a blurry image or tell us which on the link you sent so we can offer specific suggestions?
Ben
Hi Ben,
The 4 images that appear on the homepage of my site themosaicfingerprint.com, except for the digital art image, appear blurry. They also appear blurry on a mobile device. How should these be fixed and optimized to make the images sharp?
Also, many of the featured banner images of my blog pages appear blurry, e.g. this page https://www.themosaicfingerprint.com/japans-origami-lifestyle-from-flatness-to-wild-extravagance/
How do I fix this?
Just to clarify my previous question, the 4 images I’m referring to are the slider images at the top of the site.
Hey,
The images aren’t showing blurred when I view your site. What device/browser are you having the issue with?

ok, I think I see, the retina version of images aren’t showing. I will push out an update later today and that should solve.
Ben
It’s worth noting that for your single blog images you need images twice the size of your slider for the retina image. Currently, you only have images at 1600 but your slider is 848 so you need 1700px wide images.
Or you need to upload your 1600px wide images in the ratio that your setting for the slider then those images would show in srcset and be used on HD screens like phones.
I’ve updated the theme. The home images should be clear on HD screens.
