Hi all,
after update my wordpress I have this error when I try to log in with mobile version with json api auth, the error is this :

{“status”:”error”,”error”:”I’m sorry Dave. I’m afraid I can’t do that. (use _https_ please)”}

can you help me to resolve it?

with the latest update of plugin, it has been made more secure and requires https protocol for user authentication but in case you don’t have ssl installed and/or still want to use http protocol, please pass insecure=cool

like this:

http://localhost/api/auth/generate_auth_cookie/?nonce=f4320f4a67&username=Catherine&password=password-here&insecure=cool
