The delay in executing Javascript causes a series of problems, especially when displaying on mobile phones:

    1. The product grid is not displayed: as a result, the WooCommerce page appears as if it is still trying to load.
    2. Our template uses Javascript Composer (thegem_js_composer_front) to generate the layout: as a result, the front pages often are broken.
    3. The layout of the page still remains broken, even after switching the plugin to the test mode!
    4. It also appears that there are difficulties with implementing template settings, including CSS modifications.
    5. Additionally, most of the icons (material pack) are not displayed

    Dear Mane Grigoryan,

Thank you for the quick response. Autoptimize was turned off before we activated test mode. I have just deactivated Autoptimize again, thank you for your assistance!

    Dear @leobullero ,
    Thank you for your patience.

After investigating the performance of the website I believe the first issue is mainly caused by the pre-loader enabled on the website. This version of 10Web Booster does not support pre-loaders and conflicts with them, however we are releasing a new version next week, which should cover this case.

Regarding the 3rd issue, you have x-cache: HIT in your website header. I believe it is your hosting cache. When enabling Test Mode it is not automatically cleared, this is why you face issues.

I kindly ask you to contact our technical team via this link to check the rest of the issues. We will make sure to solve them all.

Please mention this forum post link in your email.

    Dear Mane Grigoryan,

The main cache has been cleared, but unfortunately, some elements on the page generated by the JavaScript composer still do not work, such as the columns in the footer. We have uninstalled your plugin, but it didn’t help. The only solution is to restore a backup of the page from 2 days ago, which unfortunately will require a significant amount of work.

We are sorry you are facing issues.

Any change by 10Web Booster should be gone just by enabling Test Mode and clearing the website cache.
