Jetpack statistics data has disappeared

    Hi,

    we found that jetpack of website count statistics which Blog is abnormal.

    Previosly WordPress.com used to URL wordpress.com, and purchased the Blog URL fist. The website will be transferred from WordPress.com to a self-hosted WordPress website on February 23, 2023.

    The webmaster responded that at the end of May, the statistics data was still seen normally.
    But today, 6/5, the background data disappeared in the past few days that I can see that it has not been connected, and the statistics have’t been displayed.

    Could you possible to assist the webiste statistics to reture and working?

    Due to the inability to disclose customer URLs for confidentiality reasons, I’m unable to provide the website address here. Is there a secure way I can provide the information privately? Thank you.
