Looking at your site, I see that the Jetpack Connection is broken. In order for the Post by Email functionality to work, we need a working Jetpack Connection on to your site.
When I look at why your connection is failing, I’m seeing the error:
Jetpack: [http_request_failed] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 30001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received [-10520]
This error typically indicates that there is a performance issue on your server. I tested your site on GTMetrix.com and it looks like your server is responding to requests slowly.
I would recommend disabling and removing any unused plugins on your site and also reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they can check on your server. It may be that it is under considerable load or there may be tweaks they can make to improve its speed.
