Hi @dfounde,
The Cookie banner seems to work fine on your website, and I do not see any console errors while viewing the front-end either.
Perhaps there are some console errors that occur on the back-end of your website?
Complianz displays all jQuery errors in the Dashboard, even if they are unrelated to the plugin. If jQuery breaks before Complianz can load, this will help us find the cause of the problem.
Starting from the 5.0 update for Complianz, it will be possible to dismiss this notification.
Hope this clarifies.
Kind regards,
Jarno

Hi, I got the same error yesterday morning on my website.
In the evening for few hours the error disappeared and also the notification in the plugin disappeared, showing that profile is 100% ok, but then in the night it appeared again at “97% -your website is not ready for the chosen region”.
What does this error means? It could be fixed with an update of the plugin?
Thanks!
Hi @existenceassistant,
These are the most common reasons for not reaching 100%:
– After an update, questions might have been changed or added to the Wizard. Check if all of the questions in the Wizard have been answered, and click “Finish” after completing everything
– Your cookies or plugins might have changed. Please try to re-do the Cookie scan (Wizard > “Cookies” tab > Cookie scan).
For more information, please refer to https://complianz.io/why-cant-i-reach-100/.
If 100% is still not reached, reach out to us and we’ll be happy to assist further.
Kind regards,
Jarno
Hi, yesterday there were no update, so it can’t be reason 1, because all the questions was already answered correctly.
When I got this error, I try re doing 3-4 times all the wizard, including cookie scan. But nothing happened, so it can’t be also reason 2.
Today I see that there’s a new update, so I did it, but the problem remains, also doing again the wizard.
Always same error : Uncaught_TypeError:_Cannot_read_property_’call’_of_undefined on line 2 of
Please, help.

Hi @existenceassistant,
The only error I can find on the front-end is an issue with this file;
lifespiritualcoach.netsons.org/wp-content/plugins/Ultimate_VC_Addons/assets/min-js/ultimate-params.min.js?ver=3.19.8
Could be this creates an issue on the back-end as well with the error show, but this hard to verify.
Cookie Consent management doesn’t seem affected, so I would suggest updating all plugins and your theme to see if it disappears. Otherwise, check your browser console when logged-in for more clues.

Hi, thank you. Well, I finished purchasing update from the theme 2 months ago, I don’t think that this the problem because it’s not really outdated (otherwise I should have everything constantly updated and I can’t affort every single service).
I would like to upload a pic but here I can’t, maybe it could be the cause of the problem. Can I send it to your email please?
Then, when you say ” check your browser console when logged-in for more clues”, what you exactly mean? If you can please tell me the procedure of what I should do and copy for you, I would be pleased to do so.
Kindly regards,
Umberto

Hi @existenceassistant,
You can reach us at complianz.io/support/ if you want to send screenshots,
regards Aert
Hi, I can’t because I don’t have a premium account, so where I could send it to show you?
Can you also answer to the other question?
So maybe I can find the solution.
Thanks!

Hi @existenceassistant,
You can skip the license field, and refer to this thread. We’ll take it from there,
You can include the screenshot as well, it will be picked up tomorrow morning by our support team.
For checking the console errors (Chrome as an example)
When logged-in, right-click -> Inspect -> Console, and see if there are any errors. You can paste them in the text field in your support question as well.
regards Aert
Great! I thought I can’t post there because I saw a required field as premium.
So do you mean to inspect the main page of my WordPress website? Or the WordPress page of the plugin, where I see the error?
Just an update @aahulsebos.
I’ve figured the error out..
They are admin ha errors. Caused by google site kit modules. they don’t seem to affect anything though.. bit odd.
