• I have an issue with the cart page http://tbayfastcom.ipower.com/cart/
The shipping selections don’t stick when I have the Dynamic Pricing Plugin activated. The support people there for that plugin now point to a Javascript error your plugin is giving me as the possible culprit.
Would you be so kind to look into this Javascript error. I am not sure how to do that. FYI: In the above link the Dynamic Pricing Plugin is deactivated so the shipping selections do stick now.
    Thanks so much!

We don’t have any other reports of JS errors in our plugin. Did they give you any specific details about where they’re seeing it or what the error is?

I asked to give more details but I haven’t heard back yet. If it helps, I can give you the login information to the dashboard?

@ingridbsi, Well, that lead us to nothing as how come our plugin start to interact with their when that plugin is active?
Can you provide the plugin soo that we can run some test on our local environment to see whats going on there.

I am not sure what you mean with “Can you provide the plugin”…Would you like me to activate the Dynamic Pricing plugin? Or do you mean you would like me to provide you with login info? In that case I would like to be able to do that privately somehow.
I am sorry if what the other author is saying doesn’t make sense to you. I am just really hoping to find a solution for this somehow. I appreciate your willingness to help!

What I was saying was to provide us the Dynamic pricing plugin .zip so that I can set it up on my local setup and see whats going on. In case if that is a paid plugin then please Submit a Ticket here and include that plugin with your message.

We will look into it and see if we need to make any adjustments then we will do it in some future release.
I will wait for your response.
    Thanks!
