I found it is a script called contest gallery, how can I cause java script to be en abled site wide?

Where do you see it? Just in source code as a text message? That is not an error if your gallery works well. It is just there to show up if a user has disabled javascript in the browser, what normally does not happen.

I am not familiar with your theme and that plugin, so if you have some trouble with that gallery plugin, it would be the best to contact the developer of that and ask him.

Okay you know when you share your website, the place you share it sometimes it auto shows your meta information? That’s where the error shows although I have custom metas set to override this. I will show you the error note the title name is not as it should be either I have it set to the wonderful world of animals not whatever this error is saying.
