Issue with star rating fields

Hey there,
I am experiencing an issue with star rating fields.

Every now and then, the values given in the star rating fields are not stored into the database. I am using a multipage form and so far I only experience the issue using Firefox.

The star rating fields are on page 3 out of 4.

What I realized:
– sometimes when I use the “back” button of the form to go back from page 4 to 3 the star ratings are all empty
– sometimes they are not
– when I reload the page (F5) some of the fields of the whole form are still populated with my values, but some are not

Maybe someone has an idea?
