I have a problem with my booking site, when it’s in Dutch (I’m using WPML translator) the first package listed on this page doesn’t have the correct link. https://amatopo.com/pakkettendetails/?lang=nl
To avoid similar issues, I’d suggest to create for each package the shortcode “Package details” and related page. In this way you should have also a more SEO-friendly URL structure. If you keep having this problem, please, contact us by from our official website, in this way the technicians will be able to investigate further.
This shortcut is only for the Dutch page, because for the English packages the shortcut is in English EN
Now the problem comes in the first link above which I don’t know why it doesn’t have the &pkdig=1 at the end.
So when I click the reserve button, when the next page opens, the language changes to English when it should still be in Dutch. However, if the reservation is made using packages 2 through 6, the language remains the same. How can it work correctly with all packages except the first one on the list?
Thank you for your detailed message. The problem might be related to some other shortcode. Please, check if you have the correct configuration for the NL shortcodes related to these mandatory shortcodes and the related page: – Rooms List – Search Form – Order Details
Each of these shortcodes (and related page) has to be assigned to the NL language.
Also, please check if you have some shortcode assigned to the “ALL (*)” language. To avoid conflicts between languages is always better to separate each shortcode and assign it to each language.
If the shortcode and page assignment are correct, please contact us from our official website, so that our technicians can investigate further.
Thank you, Best Regards, VikWP Team
